Create an Email Signature in Outlook
You can create a signature and include information such as your title and company name. Select the font, color, size and style, and specify the results as your default signature.
- Start by going to your Inbox window. Go to the top of the window where your menu bar is and click on
Tools. Then, select Options from the drop down. (If you do not see Options in that list, look for arrows at the
bottom of the panel to extend the list further. You should then see Options.)

- The Options window will pop up and you will need to click on the tab titled Mail Format. You will find a
button titled Signatures at the bottom of this window. Click that to begin editing
- You can create a plain signature or you can create signature using html contents or you can create a default signature for messages you compose and another for messages you reply to or forward.
