Create a Plain Email Signature in Outlook
How you could create an e-mail signature:
- On the Tools menu, you'd click Options.
- Then you'd click the Mail Format tab.
- Then you'd click the Signatures button.

- You'd open the Create Signature dialog box (as shown in the previous section), and click New.
- Enter a name for the signature.
It's always a good idea to name your signature when you create it. If you don't type a name, Outlook will name the signature UntitledIt is easy to know what is in signatures named, My work signature, My family e-mail signature
- Click Next.

- Open the Edit Signature dialog box (as shown in the previous section), and then type the text you want.
- Click the Font button and then specify font, font style, size, and color.
- You'd use the Paragraph button to specify if you want your text aligned left, center, or right.

- Click the signature.
- Outlook applies that signature to all new messages
